PRIVACY POLICY — StatRadar

1. CONTROLLER AND CONTACT
The controller is the operator of the StatRadar service (formerly eSport Scanner), who can be reached at: adminmavoven@gmail.com. This address handles any request about personal data.

2. DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES AND RETENTION
- Account (email address used as identifier, password and recovery codes kept only as hashes, country of residence, confirmation of legal age, accepted terms version and date): provide access and check eligibility. Basis: performance of the contract. Retention: an account created without accepting the terms is erased after 7 days; an account is erased after 2 years of inactivity or on request.
- Payment (declared wallet addresses, network, token, amount, public transaction identifier, dates of the paid period): match the payment to the account, open or close access, prevent fraud, keep the accounts. This information is also public on the blockchain. Basis: contract and legal obligations. Retention: 10 years for accounting records; declared addresses are erased with the account.
- Sign-in session: a random identifier in a strictly necessary cookie, valid for 24 hours. Basis: performance of the contract.
- Security (IP address, browser, timestamp, sign-in attempt counters): security, abuse limitation and diagnostics. Basis: legitimate interest. Retention: 30 days at most.
- Support exchanges (emails): reply and keep track of follow-up. Basis: contract and legitimate interest. Retention: 3 years.
The Service never receives a private key, recovery phrase or card number. It neither infers nor keeps customers' financial situation, betting gains or losses, or sensitive data.

3. PUBLIC THIRD-PARTY DATA
For its analyses, the Service reads public data: match results and statistics, professional players, public markets and, where relevant, public messages from forums, Reddit or stream chats, which may contain pseudonyms. These messages are used only for aggregated indicators (opinion, mood) and are kept for a limited time. Anyone concerned may request their deletion at the address above.

4. RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS
- OVHcloud (hosting of the Service).
- Public blockchain reading nodes (PublicNode, dRPC, 1RPC): the Service sends them the identifier of the transaction to check, never your email. Some may be located outside the European Union.
- The Seller's email provider (replies to emails).
No data is sold or used for advertising.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data or object to processing by writing to adminmavoven@gmail.com from your account's address. Reply within 30 days; a proportionate identity check may be requested. Public data on a blockchain cannot be erased by the Seller. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

6. COOKIES
The Service uses only strictly necessary cookies: the sign-in session (24 hours), a form protection token (15 minutes) and a device identifier (30 days) used to limit sign-in attempts. The browser's local storage keeps your display preferences. No advertising cookie or third-party analytics tool.

7. SECURITY
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords kept as hashes, secrets outside the code, restricted administrative access and backups. In case of a data breach presenting a risk, the people concerned are informed as provided by law.

8. AUTOMATED DECISIONS
Probabilities concern esports matches and have no legal effect on you. Payment verification and the end of access when a period expires are automatic; you may contest any decision by writing to adminmavoven@gmail.com.
